Practice Case Based Questions for Therapeutics (incl. Self-Care) for Pharmacy School

Hi everyone, my pharmacy school does not provide case-based practice questions for therapeutics. Is there a good resource (either a book or a website for another pharmacy school course) that provides case-based questions that could be used to practice. The review is not much of a problem, since there are NAPLEX books out there that have nicely organized information that is easy to review, but it would be great to be able to practice case-based questions, since thats how most of our exam questions are.

What textbook do you use in class? I thought most therapeutic textbooks had case questions. Koda-Kimble and Young's Applied Therapeutics textbook has case questions.
