Practice Management Book Advice

wanted to ask if anyone had any recommendations on good books on practice management. Starting/managing a practice. Since I didnt get any business training in med school, I feel very deficient on basic finance ( budgets, cash flow, AR statements, etc...)

I know the AMA has books on starting a medical practice and medical finance. Any other good suggestions.

Does anyone know of any Ophthalmology specific practice management books? I'm sure a lot of those general "how to run your own practice" books are all fine and good with plenty of helpful advice, but at the same time they probably fail to take into account a lot of the challenges associated with running an Ophthalmology practice in particular I'd imagine...
