Applicants are being sought for a full-time cardiology practice manager position in Philadelphia, PA.
Qualifications:

- HS diploma or above
- Very strong organizational, interpersonal, computer, and communication skills
- A two-year commitment to the position is preferred

- • Oversee daily operations of cardiology medical practice
• Handle documentation and scheduling of patient procedures and office visits
• Cross-train personnel to effectively utilize employees as well as build new skill levels
• Reviews the practice's policies and procedures routinely and makes recommendations to ensure continued compliance with current regulations.
• Identifies opportunities to increase patient volume and services while controlling expenses; creates implementation plan for improvement and executes improvement plan within budget.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that govern the operations of the practice
Job Type: Full-time
-scheduling/coordinating of procedures, testing, and patient instruction
-Greet/ register patients/verify insurance
-EMR- obtain and input medical histories/EKG/BP
-assist physicians in exam rooms-1 day/week
-handling busy phones and messages
-insurance precertifications/referrals
