My cousin finished his radonc residency last year and said for first year out private practice his offers were mostly around 150k-180k. Is that the range you guys are hearing from the job market right now?

i know people in MD getting offered abotu 150 (horrible) and my pal 300 to start (texas fort worth). This is private and widely varies!

Actually I've heard the market in Canada has picked up a lot.

Probably depends on the location. Places located in the "boonies" will more often offer more. A place in Montana was offering something like 400K starting.
