Practice Test Scores

How do you calculate your score from practice tests you take for example in Kaplan's book?
About how many questions do you guys miss on each section if you don't mind answering. I don't know how the scoring works and was just wondering. Thanks.

Generally, all I know is that a 400 scaled score is about a 50th percentile and a 430 scaled score is roughly a 90th percentile.
