I was about to get Topscore or Achiever when I realized that neither supports MacOS. In an age where I see 10 Mac laptops in class for every Windows machine, this boggles my mind! What's up with that?

So... do I have any recources or am I out of luck? I have the Kaplan book on the way (does the CD in there support Mac?) but I would like to use more recources.

The Kaplan DAT cd that came with my 07-08 edition didn't work with MacOSX. But I had Parallels, so I installed it to the macbook through that. I'm assuming Parallels would work for Topscore and Achiever too.

As far as running either of the programs on OSX, you're out of luck there. I installed XP on my macbook pro so I could use Topscore and Achiever. I think both Topscore and Achiever require Windows to be running "natively" on your computer, which would rule out Parallels or Fusion. So if you have an intel based mac, install XP (or the dreaded Vista) and you'll be fine. On the other hand, Crack DAT PAT does run on OSX.

I used Parallels to activate Topscore and Achiever no problem. Unfortunately you'll need to buy that and a copy of XP if you don't already have that either. Or...you get get them off the web for free.
