Practice with Reading Comprehension

Hi all. Does anyone know any good journals or sources that are good practice for the RC? I just want to read something that is related to science that is long. I'm trying to skim them fast and mentally visualizing where they are to emulate what's going to be on the DAT. Thank you for your help.

read journals such as Ny Times ( health and science sections), Nature, Science, and new england journal of medicine.

I was reading Dan Brown's novels around the time when I was preparing for the DAT. Angels and Demons had some fast paced sequences! Don't know whether it helped or not, but it was time well spent.
