Practices in Illinois?

Can a graduate from the various Caribeean schools (AUC, Ross, etc) practice in Illinois? I know that many doc's are leaving Illinois because of malpractice, so I don't know if Illinois is changing anything regarding graduates of certain schools.

Only AUC, SGU, Ross & Saba can practice in all 50.
