Hey guys

I would like to know what books do you really recommend a dentist to have?

I have the Neville: Oral pathology book

what else should I get, what books do you use?

I was thinking about buying the misch implant text, but after reading a few chapters it seems a bit dense to be a go to clinical reference.

Interested in other responses.

-Cohen's Pathways of the Pulp is on the shelf of every dentist I have shadowed.
-Dental Management of the Medically Compromised Patient
-Color Atlas of Common Oral Diseases

Dawson's functional occlusion
Misch implant prosth

Oral Path
Sturdevant's Restorative Book
Pathways to the Pulp
Dawson's Functional Occlusion

Pathways...latest edition.
The Dental Pulp....latest edition.
Essential Endodontology....latest edition.
Best Practices in Endodontics, Schwartz.
Traumatic Dental Injuries, A Manual, latest edition.

Read up on books other than teeth. Crucial Conversations is a good book. Any books on networking/social interactions (most dentists seem to be lacking in this category), and human psychology are beneficial.
