Can a US med school graduate who did residency in the US... practice in Canada without redoing residency? Or do we have to do it over again?

U.S. medical education and residency is considered "on par" with that of Canada. The only thing you need is to pass the licensing examination.
You will be making less money, but, with tax-funded medical care, eveybody get equal access, which means... no HMOs to deal with!

Good luck!
