Does any one know if it's possible to practice in US territories is. Guam? If so, what is the practice climate like in places like this. I am going into a primary care field (me) of that helps.

LOL Of course. I even know one guy from Guam who is in my state medical school (an MD school). If you go to a US MD/DO school, you are fine.
I don't know what the practice climate is, but it is not like they are third world countries. You would see a lot of the modern conveniences there in some towns/cities.
