Anyone has any idea where I can find information about practicing medicine in Monaco, France?

Try the Monaco government sites. Keep in mind Monaco isn't a part of France. It's very much a separate country

You'll have to go through Monaco - not France. If it's more about the general area then just being in Monaco then you can also look into Nice, Antibes, Canne in France or you can check out close places in Italy. The atmosphere is very similar and it's all a 20 minute drive from each other.
