Hello, :)

i'm new in this group and i'm looking for informations about the tests admission of the "l'ordre des dentistes du quebec" in order to practise in quebec only.

Is it true that the exam is based on the NBDE2 ?

If anyone have a little piece of information, previous exams it'll be very great to share it.

Thanks.

i'm pretty sure it's the same exam that all dentists have to write in order to practice in canada.

thanks for your answer,

i just know that also for Quebec we need to pass several equivalency test administered by the ODQ.
-1st step: Basic knowledge: a one-day theoretical exam
-2nd step: Clinical judgment and skills:. On the first day, the candidate answers theoretical questions and takes an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). On the next two days, the candidate's clinical skills are evaluated, using a mannequin.
-3rd step:from outside Quebec are required to pass the ODQ examination as a prerequisite for obtaining a permit to practise in Quebec.

And as i see in your links there are the same kind of questions...

And so, which materials do you advice to prepare this exams of equivalence

Also, is it true there's a specific school which prepare this specific exam??? or it's just rumours and murmurs...

really great thanks for your help :)
