Pre-December Interviews

Hey guys,

At this point in the cycle, is it possible to still get pre-december interviews? Or are dental schools done sending invites for those? If it's still possible, at what point should we realize we're not getting pre-december interviews?

Most likely they are done sending pre dec interviews.

I would maybe say end of first week of November. Then again some schools do things last minute and may only give you two day notice for a November interview date. Don’t lose hope !

For what it's worth, I received an interview invite Oct. 28th. I was surprised because I thought all pre-Dec invites had gone out already, but I guess this just proves that we'll never really understand the whole admissions process or what exactly they're looking for. Plus there's still plenty of time in the interview cycle, so hopefully everything will work out! Good luck!

I had the same thing happen... received an invite on 10/29 for an 11/7 interview out of state. All hope isn’t lost yet!

Also have to remember that even if you may get an invite pre December, the dates may not be available till later in dec and thereafter. Received an invite yesterday and only Jan dates available

Got another interview email yesterday, for 11/22. Submitted everything last week of August.

So yes, still possible.
