Ummmmm, according to the main thread this is pre-osto, which is the same as pre-DO. I speak the truth my brother. People on SDN seem to hide from it. Do u mean to tell me that when you first decided to become a doctor that pre-osteo is what you wanted? i think most pre-DO's and DO's originally wanted to be MD's, and do to unforseen circumstances (gpa/mcat) those people including myself took the easy way out and chose DO. Im just saying its the hard truth, and we all hide from it.

I didn't decide that medicine was right for me until my third year of college after shadowing a DO. I wanted to be a DO from then on; never considered MD. I am dying to learn OMM and wouldn't feel that my medical education would be complete without it. That's why I chose DO!!
