Does the Navy or Army go through your medical records from the past? My recruiter gave me these forms to look and what to expect. I noticed that there was a section for previous health care providers and physicians.

Yes-
Same situation here. I apply next year, and I'm being asked (my recruiters and I have already made contact) to be as detailed as possible about my entire medical history....I don't even remember some of it!

So we have to write every doctor ?!

That's what I asked- my Navy one told me to only write of incidents after age 13. My Army one told me that he knows it's a pain but that MEPS wants everything so to put everything.

Just finished my medical evaluation and it actually went pretty smoothly. You should definitely put everything down that you can remember, but seeing as how the only notable incident in my medical history is an appendectomy, I was good to go. I was there with my recruiter and he said he opted to take me to Ft. Belvoir for this rather than to do MEPS. Is that normal?

Are there certain conditions that automatically disqualify you from service? I had "asthma" as a child, but not sure that diagnosis was correct. I haven't taken any asthma medications, nor have I needed any since I was about 12. I do have a history of sinus issues, including sinus surgery and get migraines occasionally.
