Do schools hold on to applicants by not sending out rejection letters or interviews once they see the applications?
My stats are very iffy compared to accepted averages
I've applied to 13 schools late aug/early sept and only heard back from 3 which were all interview invites.
Is it just me that feels like schools rarely send out rejection letters until it's near end of cycle?
