Does anyone know if prematch offers are given this year ?

I am talking about IM, and the roumour was they have stopped it altogether, could anyone clarify this for me please.

They put this on hold pending further review due to complaints from NRMP participating programs...

pre match is still on. looks like it will be for a while. miklos has a very good theory about it....to paraphrase, nrmp will likely not get rid of prematch while it is involved in an anti-trust lawsuit, as this would not be good for thier case.

so, it is on for this match, and nobody knows about next year.
