I will appreciate if someone explains me what is pre-match and match and what are their benefits?any website to read more about these two terms.i am confused when people say they got pre-match etc.

Prematch means that you were offered a contract ahead of the match ie, if you accepted, then you don't have to wait for the Match. Once you sign that contract, that position is yours.
