When filling out the application for a pre med interview in order to get a LOR, it asks for the schools in which you want to apply and whether they accept the letter via mail or electronic upload. What do schools prefer or accept?

All of the schools that I'm personally familiar with prefer electronic letters.

I've used Interfolio and it's worked really well. I've heard some negatives about VirtualEvals.

My school's pre-med committe used virtual evals and I let her know which schools I had returned secondaries to and she sent my packet with the committee's recommendations plus my other recommendations. Maybe your school also does this. Makes it real easy once you get all of your recommendations to the committee which they also use to write their recommendation. I didn't have to pay anything at all. For the allopathic application, she just uploaded the recommendations to the application once I was verified.
