Do you have to complete all of the pre-med courses before submitting your application in AMCAS or is it okay if they are completed before you actually enroll in a medical school?

Technically, in terms of applying, you do not need to complete all prereqs prior to applying just prior to matriculation.

However, you are competing with an applicant pool where a very high percentage of students have completed all prereqs and more. Additionally, solid foundation in prereqs is really needed to ace MCAT.
