What ECs are/were you guys involved in before starting pharmacy school? I've been a little slow getting involved this year, but I'm looking for some good suggestions (besides the pre-pharmacy club - I'm already on their e-mail list). And how do you drag yourself back to campus for club meetings after a full day of class and work?

Leadership, Intra-mural, and the Ping Pong club. Do something that you enjoy, then you will have the energy to drag yourself back onto campus.

I focused most of my attention on my fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega. Its a coed service fraternity (no hazing) and i did service to the campus and community through them. Its not hard to head back to campus or go to events if you find some friends that you like in the group and you enjoy the activtiy. Maybe try contacting the local hospital volunteer department and see if there is anything you can do, maybe once a month or so. Local food banks generally need volunteers as well. Theres always trying to work or volunteer in a pharmacy in different settings as well. Its probably best that you have some extracurriculars and volunteer experience.

I'm not sure if ECs actually include things not directly related to school, but I was involved with a lot of volunteer organizations outside of school, like the United Way and the Salvation Army etc.
