What pre-recs are needed before doing sub-is/away rotations in EM?

What pre-recs are needed before doing sub-is/away rotations in EM?

At my school you just have to finish the 'parent' core rotation before doing an elective (i.e., medicine before em, Surgery before ortho, etc.) See if you can find the policy in your manual or through whoever is in charge of your clinical rotations at your school.

it depends on the away rotation. most aways in EM require that you have passed medicine, surgery and ob/gyn, and perhaps peds as well but less often.
