Pre Req completion before applying?

Hi you guys,

Im sure this has been answered before but couldn't find it in search.

Im applying for the 2008 cycle (hopefully right when AADSAS opens) and I don't plan to have my last quarter of physics and ochem lab finished until the autumn of 2008. These are the only pre-reqs that I haven't finished. I am just concerned that some schools may hold off on my application due to this reason.
