I did a search for previous pre req questions and couldn't find any situation exactly like mine.

gen chem1- c
gen chem2- b
orgo 1-c
orgo 2-d
bio 1-c
bio 2-b

I know I need to retake the D but should I retake the c's?

cgpa-3.01

thanks

With those grades, your sGPA is not going to be up there. I'd retake as many of those classes as you comfortably/practically can.

Yah, I'd be doing some major retaking. Before hand consider why your grades were so low. Figure out methods of studying as well.

Again I searched and found some gpa calculating spreadsheets but I'm pretty sure they were not right. Is the science gpa calculated by using just the science classes then calculate like a normal gpa or is it somehow calculated using all classes taken? I really do not know what my sci gpa is right now.

You just use your science classes and calculate as if it was normal gpa. So for example
A in bio 1
B in Bio 2
= a 3.5 science gpa.
