Yes. Usually if a class contains a lab, you will be graded separately for the lab. Even if you get the same grade for both the class & lab, you still need to list them separately on optomcas.

I think it depends how it is listed on your transcript - if they aren't shown on your transcript as separate courses I don't think you do.

I was having major stress over this because my transcript doesn't show which courses had labs. I got in touch with optomCAS as well as several schools (SUNY, ICO, PCO etc) and they said just list the courses exactly as my transcript said and that they were familiar with many school courses and if they needed further clarification they would get in touch for me to send course outlines.
