Pre reqs after acceptance

Hello Everyone,
I had a question regarding grades of pre reqs after I have been accepted. So I have been accepted to a med school on the condition that I maintain the grades that I had before( I had a 4.0 before). When I applied I still did not complete orgo lab and my second semester of english. I recieved a b+ in orgo lab and I was told that it would be fine. However, I am currently taking creative writing to meet my second semester of english and it is really tough for me. We have to write poems every day, and I have a hard time with that since I am not good at english and I have not taken english for a long time. I go to office hours as much as I can because I reallly want to improve and I am trying but I am still afraid that I might not recieve an A or A- since there are so many english majors in my class who are writing wonderfull poems. Considering that the med schools want me to maintain the grades I had before( As) what do you think would be the lowest grade in creative writing I can get without my acceptance being rescinded.

You really shouldn't make a fuss
about your creative writing course.
Your Ochem grade was a B+
and that's fine (so says your med school source)

It really wouldn't make much sense
for the school to un-accept you
just based on how well you condense
a group of words into a stew.

Just do as well as you can do
and I'm sure they'll be quite pleased
If you're really worried call those dudes
and your fears will be eased.
