Pre-reqs completed after AACOMAS submission?

I have taken 2 quarters of english and am planning on taking another at some point this year back in my home town (I just graduated). I am not sure where/what class I am taking though. Do I need to put ALL pre-reqs down in my transcript entry, with this last english course counted as future/planned? Or can I just leave it out and medical schools will assume that I will get that last course done by matriculation?
