Planning on applying to both Osteopathic and Allopathic Medical School and I still have to complete half a year more of English to fulfill the pre-req requirements. I already took one half-year English course. I was hoping to take the other half-english course as a pass/fail credit.

If a med school lists it as a prerequisite, then no. And most of them do.

Both MD and Do will require English. You'd at the very least be significantly limiting your application options by doing a pass fail. Not worth it IMO after just going through it myself.
