I am working on the pre-requisite worksheet on the supplemental, do you think I should fill out more courses on it then they ask for. For example, they require 1 quarter of biochem, do I put just one quarter or should I put all the biochem I took.

well, it being "required", pretty much explains itself. but, since it's about bettering your chances? i'd say... the more, the merrier 😉

then again, calling your school, sure helps 👍

good luck... :luck:

That is an excellent question for the school's admissions office. You get the double bonus of getting the direct answer to your question along with the opportunity to open a dialogue. Many prepharmacy students underestimate the need to develop an open dialogue with a school. Being on a first name basis is a huge bonus when it comes down to selecting between two applicants.

Although you might think that putting more courses will better your chances, I wouldn't do so. I remember that when I attended the UCSF Supplemental workshop, Joel said we shouldn't put more classes, because it's confusing and it means not following directions. But you can still check with your schools to make sure you do the right thing.

Definitely ask...in one case last year, putting down more classes would HURT you, because they used that pre-req sheet to calculate pre-req GPA.
