Do dental schools care if you take physics from a community college. What happens if you take different classes then what you put on the courses planned list on the application? Some classes are full or you can't fit them into your schedule. I already sent my application in and wanted to know what to do.

Yes I have a similar situation as far as suggested courses. Most schools suggest microbiology but its filled up at my school. I dunno if the lower division fundamentals of micro will count the same with adcoms. But to answer your question, I dont think it matters if you take physics from a CC. My friend took physics I & II at a CC and just got in med school, if that tells you anything.

do they mind cc classes? especially pre-recs?

Well I'll tell you about another friend of mine. He went to a 2-year school and took pretty much all the major prereq's there and made like a 4.0. Then transferred to my school and got into MCG while in his junior year. So I guess as long as you do well, I dont see how they can discriminate. I'm doing a lot of retakes, and I do think they might look down upon that. Taking a class, doing bad, then taking again at an easier CC. 👎

does it matter that you take a class at a different place than you put on your aadsas application for classes planned to take? or take a different class that is non-science?
