Hello, so I am new to the website and so far it has been really helpful. 🙂 However I have a few questions of my own. Well first I am in my second year in college. I live in NYC and I would like to enter vet school in the future. I do not know much about veterinary, however I started volunteer work at a veterinary hospital. I would like to find any pre-vet students living in NYC, so we can discuss different aspects in veterinary and school. I am having a bit of trouble paying for college and I would like to gain more experience in veterinary and cash for school, so if there is anyone living in NYC particularly, Manhatten & Brooklyn, if anyone is offering a paid job position such as kennel/vet assistant it would be amazing if you can contact me if anyone is offereing. 😀 I have bought some books to learn & understand the basic anatomy of animals, specifically small animals and how to manage animals. I was wondering if there are any other books that can give me a better understanding in veterinary and any advice for overall preparation for veterinary school and becoming a Veterinarian. Thanks for any advice and answers. 🙂
