Hi, I have a question on 'Application Procedure' in UCLA preceptor programs.
They are asking '3 confidential reports from people with knowledge of the applicant's skills and potential', which have a confidential report document file.
my question is, is the form is mandatory? if yes is it my dental(from INDIA) college principal, faulty, dentist has to fill and send it to UCLA college? please help me.

No its not necessary. You can improve your resume in other ways by dental assisting dentsl hygiene schools etc shadowing and volunteering
