Example:
ASA-1 22yo female (obviously)
scheduled for Diagnostic laparoscopy at 0730
Serum pregnancy 7 days prior negative.
States that there is no way possible she can be pregnant (right).
Cannot provide urine sample because she just voided. It is 725 am
