Pregnant during interviews

I'll take a stab, but I don't have any personal experience to share.
I believe pregnancy is something they can't officially discriminate for (although since the process is subjective, they don't have to tell you why they made their decision). Perhaps they could ask a question along the lines of "how will you balance pharmacy school with other personal commitments / life?" or "how would you deal with a conflict between school and outside personal commitments / life?"

Hi, I was not pregnant at my interview, but I do have two elementary school age children. I was asked how I planned to handle family obligations and the commitment for school. You should have a definite answer on your plans regarding child care and the time commitment for your studies.

This. I have a young child and they asked me questions along these lines.
I think they are also looking to make sure you really do know what you're getting into and that you have a plan in place. Pharmacy school is difficult to begin with and adding that additional obligation will make it that much more stressful. If you don't have an effective way of releasing stress and managing your time, you will be in trouble.
To tack onto redheadedrx's answer, the perspective behind the question is that these folks will be your potential mentors in many cases. They do want to make sure you'll be successful. I really doubt you'll get any mean-spirited attitudes.
I have a two year old and I was asked how i'm planning to manage the stress of pharmacy school and family, how do I handle stress, my support system and other questions along these lines.
Make sure you talk about the fact that you are looking forward to becoming a mom since motherhood is the best proof that you are responsible and committed. Motherhood also teaches you how to manage your time and how to be compassionate, patient and persistent.
