Prelim IM interviews???

I have only received a few IM prelim interviews thus far....does anyone else agree that they seem to be slowing down or is it still early?

Where did you get your prelim invites from? I have not heard from any yet. How many prelims did you apply to?

Well I got invites from Norwalk hospital in CT, Morristown in NJ (which is gorgeous), and NYM in Queens. I got rejected from Lenox HIll in NY as well. I just re-sent my USMLE transcript with Step 2 to ERAS today. We'll see what happens.

I even emailed the guy from Lenox Hill wondering if I was rejected because of Step 2 scores or cause of foreign school status....and THEN I asked him if some places reverse their decision on interviews if new info such as a good Step 2 score comes into play....I'll let you know what he says.

Oh yes,

I photocopied my official Step 2 scores and sent them to the rest of the Neuro programs I haven't heard from....I did this about two weeks ago. Last week I got an invite from NYMC in Valhalla.

I hope to get into UMDNJ or UMIami where the program is integrated with a prelim just to avoid the hassle.
