I've matched to an advanced neurology program at a major academic medical center but am having difficulty locating a PGY-1 spot.

I'm a non-traditional student graduating in May 2013 from a top medical school with an MD/MA, have extensive research experience (in basic science, education, and humanities topics), and love dealing with challenging patients.
