Prelim program info

anybody have info about the following IM prelim programs:
1- SUNY Stony Brook
2- Northshore/LIJ
3- Mount Saini in Miami florida
4- NY downstate

Any info would be appreciated, such as workload, schedule, are you happy there, how would you rank them, etc
