are you talking about medicine or surgery prelim years, or do you not care which one?
Are you talking about the DO transitional year thing?
Are you applying for an advances position also (i.e. PGY2 in a specialty) so that you just need a transitional or prelim year or any type/sort?

I know of some hospitals that offer them, but they are not listed on ERAS! Where can I find the application process of these programs?

Look at the programs under IM on ERAS, and some will have options to check the box for prelim or categorical. Bear in mind that some of these places have been interviewing since October, so don't be surprised if a lot of interview dates are already gone.
