I have yet to hear from most of the prelim med programs in SoCal...Is it just me or others still waiting as well?? I am thinking either everyone else is on the same boat or I am just getting no love from Socal...Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Same here.
I applied to about 4 prelims in S.CA. All I got so far was "No interview needed" at UCLA-Harbor... and "You applied to both categorical and prelim. Please pick one" from St.Mary Long Beach (which was not true. I applied to only prelim).

gotten word from harbor ucla's "no interview, st. mary, uci, ucsd, cedars so far. i applied all over, and little less than half have not sent word. kaiser sunset and cottage were not so kind. slowly trickling in...

I only applied to 2 prelim programs in SoCal, UCSD med and Scripps. UCSD medicine e-mailed me with an interview invitation in early November. I've since declined, and withdrew from Scripps. Good luck!
