Question to anyone that knows:
I was offered a pre-match for prelim year, a pre-match I would LOVE to take but long story short, I have to go through an early specialty match before I can know if I can take the spot. This program is telling me their deadline for an answer is January 24th because that is the day they have to submit the # of slots they need filled to the NRMP.
Does anyone know if this date is valid? I am dying to know if this date is artificial or true because I don't find out about my early specialty match until January 26/27.
At this point, I am not taking it because of these dates and that isn't likely to change but I would love to know if this program is being honest with me.
