Are there any programs that are known to offer prematch spots to DO applicants?

Its possible there are programs that do this, but it is mostly limited to FM and IM in reality. I wouldn't waste any time/energy trying to get a prematch spot.

I was offered a very early prematch from a lower tier NE program a few years ago when I applied. The timing made it tough because I didn't have any interviews at that point but I ended up declining and betting I would get some decent interviews on the basis of a pretty strong application. It worked out.
