Hi Guys,
I am kind of new here, and have been reading over a few of the posts, but wasnt able to locate this answer. Maybe you guys can help me with what seems to be an interesting situation 🙂
I am a returning student (grad 2000 BS in Microbiology) taking my last pre-reqs - A&P.
I purchased the Kaplan book to start preparing for the PCAT, realized i needed help in chem, and decided to audit Chem I and organic Chem I (in Florida, you cannot retake a class for a grade if you passed it already).
the professor of my Chem I class suggest i take Chem II instead if i am taking these courses for help to prep with the PCAT (which I am, along with a get back into acedemics mentality I am creating for my brain).
My question: Should i follow her advice and drop Chem I and take Chem II. Will Chem II help me better prepare for the PCAT?
Keep in mind, I have taken all of the Chemistrys required, so its just getting back into the groove for me. (I never worked in my degree field).
Thanks for your help in advance!!
Regards,
cowgirltt
