prep for skills test in CA Univs

Hi
It is great to meet so many International dentists in US. Looks like 2-3 decades from now about 30-40 percent of dentists in US will be "internatioinals".

I have two questions I will deeply appreciate if some body will answer them

1.How to prepare for the technical skills exam that are given by the California Universities. (esp if one does not live in California)

2. What is the duration of proparation needed (usually) for Part II.

If am making 60-65 correct answers in the previous papers,
how good is that. I mean, is the scoring similar to part I (where the "average is around 60 to 64 and every two additional correct answers will add one percentile)?
