hello to all!

I was curious if anyone had any good insight on about how much time would be enough for me to spend studying for the DAT before taking it? Right now I'm thinking I should give myself a month and a half(studying about 6 hrs/day) but do you think it's possible to take it earlier? I really need to do great on it. or is this probably a good amount of time for me to do well??? any advice would be helpful! Thanks : )

Hi Liz,
One phrase DAT DESTROYER!! get it, understand it, live it!! Its a really good book that will help you on your weak points. Plus the best part is Dr. ROMANO!! He is literally the man to have next to your side when studying for the dats. He is very responsive to SND messages and will make your life much easier when studying. All the best

Your plan to study seems Good ....

About the material, The Destroyer is one of the top, it's got questions you will certainly get much out of...

In addation to Destroyer get:

Topscore
Achiever
Kaplan Blue Book
Cliffs AP Bio

Good Luck with your studies

I dont think you should rush it too much. My theory is that so long as you have your application in early dont rush to take the exam. Id rather take my test in september with a great score than have a mediocre score in june. Take your time and study hard for the next month and half. 6 hours a day should do it, so long as your consistent. Get destroyer and review materia for all the sciences. goodluck
