Preparation for the Big Dance

What questions do you guys typically have prepared to ask PDs about their programs? A friend of mine is applying to ER residencies and apparently through ERMA or something there is a website that list questions you should be prepared to answer, and those you should have ready to ask the PDs and a separate list for those to ask the residents. Having scanned through these lists, a lot didn't apply for trasnitional year or ophtho interviews. Any other websites or sources of info out there to prepare (besides Isersons)?
