Currently I am working in the beverage industry and have been getting more volunteering hours in my community. When I submitted my apps in July, I had 450 volunteering hours, 200 shadowing hours. I also have dental assisting experience.

If you were in my situation, would you pursue a full time dental related job or get more volunteering/shadowing hours?
