but to summarize it all:
-Use First Aid Step 2 CK or Kaplan Notes as your main resource
-Supplement as needed with Step 2 Secrets or Crush Step 2 (one or the other, but not both)
-Do LOTS and LOTS of questions from either USMLEworld or Kaplan Qbank...or if you have the time and money, do both (most people recommend USMLEworld over Kaplan because it's harder, preps you better, and it's cheaper)
-Try taking an NBME practice test to gauge your progress a week or so before the actual test

I agree. Search some old threads and you'll find a LOT of info on this.
My best advice is FA for Step 2 CK for text, with Deja review as a supplement. I recommend QBank questions. The NBME exams are a good way to get a rough idea of where you stand, both overall and where you are weak. One caveat would be not to get too caught up in the score as a predictor, though a failing score maybe a signal that delaying would help. It seems as though the NBME exams tend to underpredict on the low end. Good luck!

Have anyone ever heard of First Aid Step 2 CK questions and answers? I bought the first aid for step 2 ck and amazon.com recommended the Q&A. I purchased usmleworld for my shelf exam and have the kaplan qbook and the nbme question book. Is that sufficient? Or should i purchase the first aid Q&A? any feedback would be great!

I wouldn't... I think USMLEworld as a question bank is all you need. Anything else will just be a waste of time. IMO.
