prereq q- comp writing

at my college, i placed out of my first semester of english comp. writing because i did well on my exams. to complete my grad requirements for writing though, i must take one other semester of english. other departments can fulfill this, like poli sci, anthro, philosophy, various religion courses, etc. of course the english comp department courses fulfill this requirement as well.

the thing is the eng comp class i signed up for just sucks and i don't want to take it. i CAN fulfill the requirement in another department, like poli sci, but i'm afraid that dental schools won't recognize it since it isn't technically compositional writing. should i just take the sucky class?

Find the easiest course that satisfies that prerequisite.
