I don't think they care about the quantity of colleges you attend to complete your prereqs. However, I have seen that a few programs prefer that you take your prereqs at a 4-year university. Other programs state they have no preference as they know it is financially easier for students to take prereqs at a cc. I would check with the programs you are considering to see if they have preferences regarding where you take your prereqs.
I took prereqs at multiple colleges. I had to since I was working f/t and doing prereqs, had to do what worked with my schedule. Noone ever questioned me about it, and I got in first time applying. Good luck!
